Methodology
My lessons are tailored to your needs and objectives. I take a natural learning approach where you learn through role play as someone would learn the language if he flew over to germany and lived there. I tend to work quite organically, working from your mistakes in speaking, and teaching grammar and vocabulary based on error correction that's targeted at your personal weak spots, rather than a prescribed list of rules that you have to memorize.
Experience
I have previously taught at Coventry University as a part time german tutor in both beginner and intermediate classes where the focus was mostly on conversational german. The teaching training I recieved was focused on fun activities and role play to make it a student centered learning experience as opposed to a teacher that gives long speeches and rote memorization of vocabulary.

I had the pleasure of being taught by Jerry back in the last year of university, when during a a semester I was part of his German class. Jerry's teaching style is characterised by coolness, as he always made his class fun for the recipients, engaging us in learning games and other similar activities. I firmly recommend Jerry for German classes at any level, as he masters both German and English at a native level. Go meet him!
Jerry was our tutor for a German class we had during university, he tutored a group of 12 people (approximately), I have to say that the classes were one of the best language seminars I have been to, they were interactive, fun, of course, full of knowledge but in a very proactive way. Most people in the class improved their German substantially in the short period in which the course ran.
