About Lea
I have taught high school and college-level students. I hold three degrees and I work with schools all over the state to develop K-12 curriculum that works within a system of learning. I understand the differences in learning needs among diverse student populations. I support learning above memorization. Growth mindset is an essential part of my teaching philosophy, so if a student struggles, I will work to meet the student where they are to make sure they understand before being lead to where they want to be in the learning process.
