About Paulina
I am about to graduate with my Master's Degree in Viola Performance. I started violin at the age of 6, and haven't stopped playing since! I learned the viola at age 10, and have enjoyed everything it has to offer. Music has taken me all over the country and world, and I've met hundreds of wonderful people through it.I am currently playing with the Charleston Symphony, as part of their Inclusion Fellowship. I've subbed with New World Symphony, San Francisco Chamber Orchestra, and Reno Philharmonic. When I'm not playing viola, I enjoy rock climbing, journaling, and spending time with friends and family.

I like to start off with posture, sound production, and the most tension free set up we can find for you.I enjoy using the Suzuki book 1 as a way to guide beginners into their journey on violin or viola. If there are pieces you've dreamed of playing, I can help you gain the skills to learn them!Music should be learned in an environment free of stress, so I hope to be nurturing and inspiring. I am glad to teach any age, no matter where you are on your musical journey!
