About Rochelle
I am a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering graduate from the University of Batangas with 17 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Throughout my career, I have worked in production, quality, process improvement, and employee training, helping individuals and organizations improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
I am passionate about teaching and enjoy sharing practical knowledge based on real industry experience. I specialize in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, the 7 QC Tools, and other process improvement techniques. My goal is to help students, professionals, and companies gain the knowledge and confidence to solve workplace challenges and achieve continuous improvement. I believe learning is most effective when complex concepts are explained in a simple, practical, and engaging way, supported by real-world examples and hands-on exercises.
