About Nae
Hi! My name is Naomi, and I am passionate about helping students feel confident in math. I am 13 years old, so I understand what it’s like to be a student and learn new concepts in school. I am patient, encouraging, and always willing to explain things in different ways until they make sense.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing basketball and painting. These activities have taught me the importance of practice, creativity, and never giving up when something is challenging. My goal is to make learning math fun, less stressful, and help every student feel successful. I look forward to working with you!

My teaching methods are to communicate with the student help them understand and ask questions about the topics I’m teaching. A typical lesson would start at the top of what they already know and from what they don’t. What sets me apart as a tutor is that I am patient, understanding, and committed to helping students learn at their own pace. I enjoy working with kids and making learning feel less stressful and more enjoyable. I try to explain things in different ways until a student understands, and I encourage them to ask questions without feeling embarrassed. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to build their confidence in learning. These classes are for the students who are struggling with math or those who struggle with ADHD,dyslexia, or anything.
