About Francisco
My name is Francisco and I have been developing on nutrition for more than 4 years. When I experienced menu design in my FCT internship I realized how tedious it is for someone completely unrelated to nutrition to follow a menu and that what is really needed are professionals who teach the basics and how to plan a healthy diet on their own, not following a closed menu.

I can also help students in the dietetics training cycle, undergraduate, Baccalaureate and ESO students who need help with subjects related to nutrition and biology.
