About Elisabetta
I am a professional dancer with a degree in physical education and sports with a strong predilection for research. After graduation, the opportunities for teaching to all age groups were different for me, from children to adults, from swimming to gymnastics to ballet, in prisons or in associations of people with disabilities, up to the construction of my simple but effective method to regenerate and rebalance the body.
