About Randall
The reason why I became a teacher is to inspire young minds, allowing students to become the best version of themselves. Giving the students the opportunity to build their confidence in learning and establishing a solid foundation to which each individual student, can build upon their knowledge of Science and Maths. I also, enjoy getting students involved with group projects/individual projects to enjoy their learning experience and the aim and objective is to develop growth in each individual to reach their full potential. The personal qualities that would make me a good teacher is that I will always, continually be monitoring and identifying the differing needs of each child, while maintaining a positive and engaged classroom atmosphere. Also, to manage my expectations well, devoting resources and learning material to where it would be most effective for students.

Aim and objective’s is to build confidence in students, Teaching Maths, Physics, National 5 SQA, AQA, GCSE. So that learning becomes fun and to establish a solid foundation to which each individual student, can build upon their knowledge of Science and Maths. Developing goals, assisting and gauging academic performance of individuals, while giving students clear directives on how to improve. Checking and monitoring each student for understanding of the subject taught in the class environment. Instead of waiting to test students’ knowledge in a test, checking for comprehension during each lesson.
