About Shivam
I have experience teaching around the world across different key stages, supporting students with a wide range of abilities.
I want to teach because I believe many students struggle in art not due to lack of talent, but due to lack of guidance, structure, and confidence. My aim is to make creative learning clear, accessible, and achievable for every learner. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into simple steps and helping students understand how to develop their work independently.

I am a PGCE-qualified Art and Design teacher with UK classroom experience. My 60-minute lessons use demonstrations, guided practice, questioning, and personalised feedback to build creativity and technical skills. Lessons are tailored for primary, secondary, GCSE, A-Level, and adult learners.
My lessons are carefully planned and tailored to each student’s ability, skill level, and learning goals. I believe students learn most effectively when teaching is personalised, taking into account their individual strengths, needs, and pace of development. This approach helps build confidence, engagement, and steady progress.
