About Emily
Hello! My name is Emily, and I am a substitute teacher who works closely with students to help them build confidence and strong foundational skills in mathematics. I hold a Bachelor's degree in General Psychology and am currently completing my degree in secondary mathematics education.
My teaching journey includes valuable experience working in the Exceptional Children field, which deeply shaped my instructional approach. Because of this background, I understand that every student learns differently, and I excel at adapting my methods, pacing, and tools to meet your unique needs.

My goal as a tutor is to make learning math engaging, accessible, and tailored to your unique learning style. My teaching method focuses on building a strong foundational understanding while boosting your confidence through active participation and patience.
