About Philip
My name is philip. I’ve been an avid fan of music since the age of 7, when I learned to play the guitar.
I continued on this path of musicality through my time at school, completing my GCSE music course with an A# qualification.
I performed as part of a few bands and wrote several well received tracks.
My passion then took me to electronic music where I started to learn to produce music, create sounds, learn mixing and mastering techniques.
After a few years of this I finally dedicated myself to my craft and went to university achieving a 1st class honours degree in music production

For the first few years of my career I learned my craft by teaching my self via books and internet videos.
It was only later in my career once I dedicated myself to my passion, I took the plunge a studied music production. I understand the beginnermindset deeply and know have crafted what I believe the best pathway through the available information to your desired outcome.
Our first lessons, we will asses your current understanding of the subject, what your desired goals are. Then we will discuss the psychological aspect of the learning process and figure out what method of learning will be the most beneficial. Together we will create a learning plan that will best support you.
I work using ableton 11 but have extensive experience in whatever DAW you are going to use.
