After communicating with students I will formulate a personalized lesson plan based on their strengths and weaknesses. In economics, after understanding the content, the most important skill is proper essay technique. In my lessons I work with students on their holistic understanding of the subject, as well as proper essay technique in order to allow students to achieve those high-level essay marks, pushing their overall marks up.
