About Perrine
I am a 25 year old woman from Brittany, France. I moved to Scotland when I was 19 to study Geography and International Relations. It was scary because I didn't know anyone, but it was the best decision of my life! I pretty much taught myself English when I was 15 by spending countless hours reading books, watching films, and doing different exercises to work on different aspects of the language. I was fluent within 2 years. My main interests include reading, hiking, running, and anything that will get me outdoors.

I used to tutor English for French pupils back when I was in high school and I absolutely loved seeing the results. Some of them went from barely being able to say a couple of words to writing and speaking confidently. I'm comfortable with any age range and I am confident in adapting each lesson to each individual student. I like working with different forms of media (articles, books, songs, films etc) to allow students to practise both written and spoken French. I believe the minimum length for a session should be 1 hour to allow for more in-depth practice, and usually no longer than 2 hours.
