About Giovanni
I love the English language and the culture of the English-speaking countries. I lived in Scotland for some time and still remember the day I arrived in Edinburgh, it was love at first sight. My main goal is to make my students passionate about everything that revolves around a language; this is for me the secret of a constructive and fast language learning. I have been teaching English since 2015, thanks to the varied experiences abroad and the degrees in intercultural mediation and translation, I offer lessons suitable for every type of need (from business or economic English, to repetitions for high school students, up to private translations of articles specialist). So far my students have been mostly workers who wanted to improve their English for career advancement.

My teaching method is not classic; that is, it differs from what has been taught in schools and universities since the 1990s (with poor results, in my view). I do not like boring pupils with long and complicated grammar exercises, but I use side strategies to learn them in a direct and practical way. I always try to recreate the necessary conditions for a real linguistic acquisition; because in the long run it always wins over conscious learning.

His lessons are always different and never boring. He tries to find interesting topics to stimulate your curiosity without focusing too much on grammar.
