I use grammar and translation method, direct or natural method, audio linguistic method, communicative approach and playful classes for children. In conclusion, it is not a bad thing to specialize in a method, but without forgetting that each student and situation is totally different. My final advice is that you know the different methods that you can use and then forget them to focus on the particular characteristics to learn.
