Students should provide their own yoga mats for hygiene and personal comfort.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear appropriate, comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.
Optional Props:
Depending on the level of the class, some students might choose to invest in yoga props like blocks, straps, and bolsters, but these can be optional.
Water Bottle:
Staying hydrated during yoga sessions is important, so students should bring their own water bottle.
