I hold a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education major in English and have experience teaching learners of different ages, levels, and learning needs. My lessons focus on Creative Writing, English Language, and Basic Tagalog/Filipino. I use a student-centered approach that makes learning engaging, practical, and enjoyable. I adjust my teaching style according to the learner’s age, level, goals, and learning needs.
A typical lesson begins with a short warm-up or review, followed by an introduction to the topic and vocabulary. I use simple explanations, examples, guided practice, conversations, and interactive activities to help students understand and apply what they learn. For Filipino lessons, students can learn basic greetings, everyday expressions, vocabulary, sentence patterns, and useful Filipino conversations.
What sets me apart is my experience as a Licensed Professional Teacher with seven years of teaching experience. I am patient, encouraging, and passionate about helping students become more confident in communicating and expressing themselves.
My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, adults, English learners, aspiring writers, and foreign students who want to learn Basic Tagalog/Filipino for everyday communication and cultural understanding.
