About Chloe
I am originally from the United States. I feel like we are all lifelong learners and we all have something to teach. I am very laid back and also organized. When I'm not teaching I like to travel, hike, read, play the piano, and spend time with my pets.

I have a passion for teaching all ages but especially adults or young adults. As a teacher I consider myself flexible and understand that everyone learns in different styles and I like to incorporate various types of activities. I feel that the best way to learn is to practice in authentic situations and I want to encourage my students to ask questions to understand the words and phrases most relevant to their lives. It is a priority of mine for my students to better understand how to speak and write in a more natural way rather than stating literal translations that may be incorrect. I also prefer to emphasize activities that practice listening and reading English which may be the most difficult skills for some people. I can also help with pronunciation.
