About Alex
I am a world class grappling competitor with over a decade of BJJ, judo and wrestling knowledge. With great understanding of people's abilities and do well finding their strengths and weaknesses allowing myself to bring out their greatest potential and have trained plenty of champions before. I started BJJ at the age of 6 and was pretty much raised by the sport and I am currently a full-time athlete and coach.
