About Shaina
Good day! My name is Shaina Gasmin, and I am 23 years old from Roxas, Isabela. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics from Isabela State University – Cauayan Campus, and I am a Licensed Professional Teacher.
Throughout my career, I have gained experience in education, customer service, and healthcare support. I worked as a substitute teacher, where I planned and delivered lessons, managed classrooms, and helped students achieve their learning goals. I also worked as a tutor, providing personalized instruction while coordinating schedules, monitoring students' progress, and communicating with parents.
Currently, I am working as a Pharmacy Assistant, where I assist customers, dispense medications under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. This role has strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
These diverse experiences have made me adaptable, responsible, and eager to learn. I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and continuously improving my skills. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your company and am confident that my work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing excellent service will make me a valuable member of your team.

My lesson are fun and encouraging because i use colorful props, rewards, play games, songs etc. that keep my student attention ang to learn in creative way. I love helping students in a fun and encouraging way in learning English for them to more confident when using English in speaking, writing, reading and communicating.
