About Chris
HND in Sports coaching and have coached high school and university level basketball. Coached high school team to finals of the Scottish cup.
Have the perfect mix of keeping it fun but competitive at the same time. Will keep you fit and use variety in the sessions to keep you on your toes.

We come up with the philosophy of how we want to play and then engineer the sessions to suit.
The sessions will be broken down into different sections allowing time to concentrate on specific skills and game play.
The sessions will be geared to the level of the students so that it still challenges them but won't be made so difficult that it makes it not fun and demotivates everyone.
