My teaching method is to start by considering each individual learning style and planning accordingly. For example, my learning style is verbal. This helps each child learn more effectively. From there on I do the lesson accordingly and do lots of little tests. I find testing regularly is the best road to success, as practice makes perfect, and it shows what you have to focus on more effectively.
