About Jordan
I’m an Atlanta-based drummer and instructor with experience in church music, percussion ensembles, marching band, symphonic band, and live performance settings. I’ve been playing drums for over 20 years and am passionate about helping students build confidence, consistency, strong fundamentals, and real musical understanding.
My teaching approach focuses heavily on groove, timing, coordination, listening, and learning how drums function within actual music. I believe lessons should be structured, encouraging, and enjoyable while helping students steadily improve week by week.

My lessons focus on building strong fundamentals, steady time feel, coordination, confidence, and real musical understanding on the drums. I teach students how to develop groove, consistency, and listening skills while applying what they learn to actual music and songs.
Lessons are structured step-by-step based on the student’s level and goals, covering areas such as stick control, rudiments, timing, drumset coordination, groove development, and musical application. I aim to create an encouraging and organized environment where students can improve steadily while still enjoying the learning process.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an advancing player looking to strengthen your feel and musicianship, my goal is to help you become a more confident and musical drummer.
