I have been practicing yoga couple of years online & offline with others wasn’t really happy with the results .
But with Sanjana’s yoga class I feel more confident in my balance, flexibility & most important my breath work during the practice. She has a ASMR voice which helps to follow the instructions and make the session enjoyable.
