I'm an enthusiastic music tutor who loves helping people discover the joy of playing guitar, bass, or piano. My lessons are supportive and engaging, designed to build confidence while developing solid skills. I’ve worked with students of all ages and abilities, and I always adapt my approach to suit individual goals - whether that’s learning for fun, preparing for exams, or improving performance skills. Above all, I want students to feel encouraged, inspired, and excited about their progress.

My teaching approach is centred on making music engaging, accessible, and tailored to each student’s goals. I combine solid foundations in technique and theory with practical, hands-on playing, ensuring that students not only understand the music but can also apply it creatively. Whether it’s learning favourite songs, building strong musicianship, or preparing for exams, I adapt my methods to suit each learner’s needs. Lessons typically run for 45–60 minutes, depending on the age and level of the student. For younger beginners, I focus on keeping lessons fun and confidence-building, while with older or more advanced students I place greater emphasis on technique, expression, and deeper theoretical understanding. I have experience teaching guitar, bass, piano, and music theory to students of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners through to advanced musicians. My background in both performance and education allows me to create lessons that are structured, supportive, and inspiring. Lessons are open to children, teenagers, and adults at any level - whether you are starting from scratch, returning after a break, or looking to refine your skills. Everyone is welcome.
