About Aria
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Guitar Performance, where I specialised in modern guitar techniques, ensemble playing, and applied music performance. Over the past 6 years, I have worked with students of different levels, helping them build both technical accuracy and musical expression through personalised instruction.
My teaching approach is structured, supportive, and flexible. I focus on breaking down complex techniques into simple, manageable steps so students can build confidence while steadily improving their musical abilities. Beyond teaching, I continue to explore different guitar styles, live performance practices, and music production techniques.
I regularly engage in musical projects that help me stay connected to real-world performance environments. One of the most meaningful parts of my journey is seeing students transform from hesitant beginners into confident musicians who can play fluently, improvise naturally, and express their own musical personality through the instrument. Watching them develop timing accuracy, overcome technical challenges, and eventually perform confidently in front of others continues to inspire my teaching philosophy and pushes me to constantly refine and improve my methods.

My guitar lessons are designed to help students develop strong technical foundations while building creativity, rhythm accuracy, and expressive musical ability through structured and practical learning. I focus on chord transitions, strumming patterns, finger coordination, improvisation, tone shaping, and phrasing so students can confidently apply techniques in real musical situations. Each lesson blends technical exercises with musical application so learning feels both structured and creatively engaging.
Beginners start with tuning, basic chords, rhythm counting, and simple strumming exercises that build comfort and control with the instrument. Intermediate learners focus on smoother chord changes, fingerstyle development, rhythm variations, and improvisation skills. Advanced students work on expressive soloing, complex rhythm structures, performance techniques, and stage confidence building.
I also train students to develop effective practice routines that support consistent improvement outside lessons. This helps learners become independent musicians who can continue improving steadily while developing their own musical identity and creative direction over time.
