About Alex
I am 22 years old, I started playing guitar when I was about 11 and I’ve been mostly self-taught. I have played in about 10 bands of different styles but everything revolving around Rock and have worked playing in different cities of Mexico and the UK. I make music on my own now and I’m waiting for life to get a little more back to normal so I can go out there and play live again. For now I make and record music at home.
I don’t consider myself to be a musical expert or the most skilled guitarist. But I’m sure my knowledge and experience can be very useful to somebody who wants to start playing or considers him/herself a beginner and want to keep improving and become an advanced player.

I don’t have a study program or something like that, I am based on what the student wants to learn; whether it’s learning a song or learning how to play certain genre or learning to play solos, etc. Even if you don’t know what you want but you simply wanna play guitar.
To me is very important that the student isn’t left with misunderstandings and that we clarify any concept or word that wasn’t understood. It’s also important that we take it step by step, gradually at the student’s pace. It doesn’t matter if you’re a “slow” student, each person has its own studying pace and each is valid.
