About Fiona
"I struggle to see students get frustrated by standard books that ignore the physical reality of the instrument. Tuning and maintenance usually get skipped in favor of scales that do not help you play a single chord. I provide free chord charts and tab sheets after each class so you can focus on the music while we play. My 7 years of teaching have taught me that rhythm guitar and fingerpicking are the foundations for every student regardless of their goals.

"Playing chanson française for 10 years in Sherbrooke shaped how I hear the guitar. I am a self-taught player who learned the hard way about rhythm and soul.
