About Alaina
Holding an Artist Diploma in Music Performance from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama often means I prioritise technical precision over everything else. In reality, my 11 years of teaching have taught me that building confidence is the foundation for mastering barre chords and intricate strumming patterns. Whether we are navigating the complexities of electric technique or refining your acoustic style, I support you through the process of improvisation and soloing. Reading tabs becomes natural when you feel secure in your lead guitar abilities as we explore the instrument at your own pace.

The warm resonance of an acoustic guitar fills the room while we map out the fretboard together. My Guildhall training ensures that even the most technical hurdles become manageable parts of your musical growth.
I offer a 10.0 minute free trial session to assess your starting level and specific goals. You will find that these sessions emphasise clarity and comfort in playing.
The process is steady. Small goals lead to big changes.
We focus on physical mechanics. Sound production is the priority. Your hands learn the positions.
The rhythm flows easily. Musicality emerges from practice.
