About Harry
Hi, I’m Harry — a guitarist and musician with over 17 years of experience, and a deep interest in music beyond just technique.
Over the years, I’ve explored both Western and Indian classical approaches to music, which has given me a broader understanding of sound, rhythm, and musical expression. Alongside performing and teaching, I’ve spent a lot of time developing a more intuitive and natural relationship with music.
I’m patient, calm, and focused on helping each student progress at their own pace. Whether you’re picking up the guitar for the first time or looking to improve your playing, I aim to make lessons clear, enjoyable, and consistent.
My goal is not only to help you play, but to feel more comfortable and connected with the instrument over time. My lessons are designed to build a strong and stable foundation, giving you the freedom to explore music in your own way with confidence and ease.

I teach guitar with a focus not just on playing songs, but on truly understanding sound, rhythm, and musical awareness.
My approach is patient, structured, and adapted to each individual. For beginners, we build strong foundations — chords, timing, technique, and confidence with the instrument. For intermediate students, we go deeper into musicality, expression, improvisation, and developing your own style.
Alongside standard techniques, I also introduce simple ways to improve listening, timing, and connection to the instrument, so that playing becomes more natural and enjoyable rather than mechanical.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and can be held online or in person. Each session is practical and hands-on, with clear guidance on what to practise between lessons.
I have over 17 years of experience as a guitarist and musician (inc. Grade 8 rock guitar in 2018), with a background that includes both Western and Indian classical approaches to music. This allows me to offer a slightly different perspective for those interested in exploring sound more deeply.
My lessons are suitable for:
