Music has been my life for over 30 years — as a guitarist, singer-songwriter, and now a music producer. I've spent 13 of those years teaching guitar, and I still find it genuinely rewarding to watch a student go from their very first notes to playing full songs with confidence. I teach because I love sharing that process — the moment things click, and playing stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like music. Whether you're picking up a guitar for the first time or looking to build on existing skills, I bring patience, real-world musical experience, and a genuine passion for helping people grow as players.

With over 30 years' experience as a guitarist, singer-songwriter, and music producer, and 13 years teaching guitar, I take a structured, foundations-first approach. Lessons begin with music theory, the instrument, and tuning, then build technique string by string using simple, familiar melodies before progressing into major and minor chords. Lessons typically run 30–60 minutes and suit all ages and levels, from complete beginners to more experienced players wanting to develop technique and musicianship. As an active performer and producer, I bring real musical experience into every lesson, not just exercises
