Methodology

My teaching method is practical while at the same time ensuring individuals understand why and how. I am understand everyone is unique in the way they learn and understand and bring a wealth of experience to ensure all learners achieve.

Experience

Lead Teamgym coach for Wales, former GB gymnast, 30 years coaching experience. Undergraduate and masters degree in Sport Science and PGCE teaching qualification. Lecturer in Sport for 18 years. Passion for teaching health, Sport and fitness especially gymnastics to all
