Josh is an amazing chef with loads of experience in so many areas of the restaurant and catering industry, I have experienced Josh's food during visiting his restaurants and have always been wowed with the quality of food and presentation. I have talked with him on many lengthy occasions over his knowledge and passion, a very friendly skillful cook. Josh has a great ability to explain all details in food preparation, cooking, to the full daily running of a restaurant making him a very helpful teacher to a very high level of quality!

When working with Joshua in the past he made learning fun easy to the point you didn't even realise you are learning can help you when you don't understand and is kind and does his best for you to understand can help you when your struggling and knows where to correct you so you no longer struggle very professional in his work give you 100% of his time when working with him doesn't feeling like a teacher where they leave you to struggle or put pressure on you very easy going with the right amount of work Joshua is a professional working member and would be great as a tutor

I have known this young man for a few years now and he has presented me with many innovative and delicious dishes .Very rarely do you come across a chef with such a passion for food and sourced ingredients. I believe he has the knowledge and understanding to pass this on to others .

His cooking ability is just as good as his personality. Cannot recommend him enough! 10/10
