15+ years of training in gymnastics, acrobatics, and calisthenics, plus several years of experience teaching handstands to both kids and adults. Apart from that I also enjoy walking slack ropes. I hope you will love handstanding as much as I do!

About the lesson

We’ll begin by assessing your current level to identify what’s holding you back, then focus on exactly what you need. We will be perfecting your handstand through technique and endurance. I won’t teach you to hold your fingers or head a certain way—instead, I’ll teach you to control your handstand so well that you can choose your own style with confidence. Each lesson will start with a thorough warm-up to help prevent any injury. By the way, handstands are a great way to improve posture!
