I am an Engineering graduate and have worked as a developer for an IT company for 10 years. I always wanted to be a teacher and impart my knowledge and guidance to learners. I encourage my learners to construct the knowledge on their own.

I understand my learners' prior knowledge, and then I plan the lesson. I practice the active learning approach, where I scaffold and follow various active learning activities. Formative assessment is my strength area, where I understand my learners' understanding of the areas I teach and fill in the learning gaps before I move on to the next topic. Differentiation is also my key area where I customize the learning activities based on my learners’ learning styles and needs. I provide constructive feedback for the learners and support them in achieving the learning outcome.
