Qualified French and Spanish teacher based in West Berkshire offering tutoring to Primary to GCSE and Adult learners. Social, friendly, well organised and professional.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
French and Spanish.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
University degree in French and Spanish and successful completion of the Graduate Teacher Training Programme to become a qualified teacher.
- How much do you charge?
£30 per hour for GCSE and adult learners. (£5 extra charge of petrol may apply depending on location).
£27 for primary school pupil or £30 for 2 pupils.
£45 for GCSE group of 2 pupils.

- Where do you teach?
I am happy to teach at the pupil's house and I also and happy for the pupil to come to my house. I am West Berkshire based, can offer tutoring in Newbury and surrounding villages, Didcot and surrounding villages, Pangbourne and Tilehurst. Tadley is also possible but £10 petrol charge will be added on top of the lesson cost.
- When are you available?
Mainly weekday evenings from 7.15pm until 10pm. From September 2018, I am able to offer some hours for Tuesday morning and Thursday daytime. Please ask about availability.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
Primary from age 7 to GCSE age 16. Adult learners of any age.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I am able to teach to various exam boards for GCSE and help with exam preparation in all of the skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) required for a language GCSE. Primary age is about learning vocabulary and phrases through fun. I adapt the lessons to the needs of the pupils and plan accordingly for each lesson.
