I am passionate about helping people to feel balanced, fulfilled and empowered themselves, in their life and society. Through teaching yoga, I want to change the world into a better place, uplifting and reconnecting people with their body, mind, and self. I teach yoga as a way of life; yoga and meditation are the path for self-discovery, profound approach for overcoming self-imposed limitations, boost self-confidence, self-healing and transformation in daily life. I teach traditional techniques of yoga in my teaching. This yoga style is a mixture of Mindful movement of the body with awareness on breathing (Asana Practice), Breathwork or Pranayama, Chanting, Relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and Meditation. Are you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle? First 15 minutes consultation through a call to make sure I am the right fit. Introductory Session to assess your needs and explore what you’re looking for in yoga practice From there we create a plan to work together once or twice a week with a yoga session that is tailored to your life.

The sessions are always tailored to my specific needs. Her approach helped me feeling relaxed, refreshed and calm. She focuses on both body and mind. She knows the art and science of Yoga and explains them very well. Especially I liked her approach of teaching different asana breathing and relaxation techniques which she refers as "tools for life". Definitely they helped in reducing stress and calm the nervous system during lockdown.
