About Laly
How I teach : * Respect for yogic traditions, being as authentic as possible * Acknowledgement of the thousands of years of history and philosophy of yoga * Empathy and care of the students : always adapting and being flexible to match their current needs Why I teach : Yoga changed my life for the better, and I want to transmit it and share it to help people the way it helped me. I’m trying to leave each place a little bit better than I found it, and teaching yoga is my way to do my part. I found a purpose, my dharma, in teaching.

In a fast-paced and overwhelming world, find time for yourself to slow down and breathe. Here we focus on alignment, breath, and anatomically correct adjustments. All levels are welcome! Hatha classes are more powerful and made to help you turn your focus inwards, thanks to a sequence of well-thought postures. Yin classes are like honey for your body, making you rest and relax, posture after posture.
