My training to become a yoga teacher has given me the opportunity to craft beautiful classes for group's and 1-2-1's and includes meditation, breathwork, philosophy, tantra and lots more interesting techniques to explore the mind and body.

I have been practicing Yoga for over 6 years. Today I'm a Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance (200+ hr).
Sharing Yoga with as many people as I can. Yoga transformed my fitness and it helped with my anxiety, and stress, improving my sleep, my flexibility and strength.
