About Rebecca
Passionate teacher, yoga instructor and therapist, Rebecca has been practicing within various fields of expression and healing around the world over the past 10 years. During this time, she has been working as a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Ayurvedic consultant, led Women's Expressive Art Therapy Circles and Occupational Therapy sessions with children.
Rebecca is inspired to hold space for all to learn the powerful practices of the East and assist them in growing self-care practices through yoga, art and expression. She driven to build a worldwide community through providing supportive environments for all to come together to create and heal.

Techniques for transformation, connection, clarity & growth. Learn about natural, worldwide tools of conscious living to care for yourself, the earth and your community.
Rebecca offers Yoga classes and theory for all body types and levels of ability. Practices will include Asana (postures), Pranayama (control of breath), Mantra (sound) and Meditation (concentration) techniques to allow for an individual to experience their whole being, from their body, to their breath and ultimately towards the more subtle levels of energy and vibration.
Duration: 60-90 minutes/ session.
Available for: all ages and levels of ability. Sessions will be individually adapted for children or adults.
Qualifications: Accredited Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance (300h); Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant (300h); BSc Occupational Therapist.
