About Sha
I have been practising yoga for the past 5 years and recently qualified as a teacher in Kerala, India. I work in finance as my main job and want to teach yoga outside of this to share the love and joy one can achieve through the practice.

My classes will have asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation/relaxation. I believe yoga is a personal experience and thus the benefits of yoga can be reaped through a personalised one-on-one experience based on one's physical abilities and health problems (if any).
My classes are free of charge (I had to enter the minimum of £1 to put up my profile). Donations are welcomed and 100% of your kind donations goes to effective International Development charities.
