Everything that comes out of you is an expression of who you are. Yoga is the internal science which makes balance our mind, physical body and if there is any problem arise in our body, we can cure through breathing exercises and asanas. My teaching method is to enhance the basic knowledge about each and every topic. I will give lessons to everyone who wanted to know the reality of nature through which we are connected (university level, school level) in terms of asanas and breathing exercise in yoga.
