Italian
I would approach each student in a different way, regarding the type of level and knowledge the possess. For instance, if they are at a low level I would try to make them study the grammar first with practical examples, in order words, apply the rules. If they are at a good level, I would try to make them speak, write with me, correcting every error plus teach them the real Italian we speak in Italy, not the one told in books.
