About Julius
As an engineer in the oil field, I taught staff with primary school education, oil production operations and in no distant time they became excellent production operators. I did this by using known examples -stepping on soft ground with safety boots and stepping on soft ground with ladies heel shoes, to explain the effect of pressure on a surface.

I go the extra length to simplify problems, so that everyone will understand the solution and how it is used in real life. I will ask students to use common sense to attempt solution to a problem in any logical way they could. After the attempt, I will explain to the student my own approach to solving the problem.
