As a previous instructor of elementary, middle school, high school, and most recently college, I can offer support to any English language learner at varying levels. As your tutor, I will assess your personal learning goals and abilities and tailor the lesson for you. Since I am also a mother, I have a patient yet a firm encouraging style that will allow you to comfortably thrive and do your best. For each lesson, we will do a bit of review, and focus on a specific task or theme (from your own schoolwork or something I provide--you decide). Then we'll end with something fun to help with the trickier parts of English like idioms or figures of speech. This consistent format will give you more familiarity and confidence with the language structure and usage. I have plenty of materials and guides from my many years of teaching, so you benefit from a wide variety of resources to help you reach your goal.

Brenee is an excellent teacher/tutor. She helped me make it through grad school by proof reading and editing my thesis thoroughly. What was especially helpful was everything was done online.
