Watch anime without subtitles, practice speaking before your trip and honestly beneficial for both of us I think being able to teach u will also help me brush up on my Japanese :) also we can learn how to speak and learn basic hiragana and katakana some basic kanji together I am half Japanese so I am able to speak it but since I grew up in the states I became rusty the reason why i think you should choose me is you won’t have to be worried about messing up or being embarrassed to talk because I know how nerve wracking that can be
