About Melissa
I'm training to be an Army officer, which requires me to be a full time athlete. I have participated in cross country, track, basketball, tennis, and martial arts, as well as obstacle course competitions and military competitions involving rucking, obstacles, physical fitness tests, and much more. I also have particular experience in designing workout plans for females to meet the particular challenges we face.

I bring a combination of fun and hard work to fitness; I don't think you can be successful without a healthy dose of both! I will be tough, that's part of the journey, but I'll never ask you to do something that I haven't tested and loved myself. I think that finding an exercise style that makes you feel good and feel like a badass is key. Above all, I believe that fitness is just as much a mental battle as it is a physical one. I'll give you both the physical and the mental tools you need to succeed.
