Teaching provides a unique bridge between my roots as a Middle-Eastern newcomer and the life I have built here in Canada. It feels natural to connect with Grade 3 children and adults alike while utilizing my Master of Arts in Music Education from McGill. Because I hold a TESOL certification, I structure my approach around clear communication and cultural navigation. My background allows me to understand the frustration of finding one's footing in a new country.
I assist learners with IELTS and TOEFL preparation alongside building speaking confidence and refining pronunciation. Academic writing, reading comprehension, and vocabulary building are also central parts of my practice. Focusing on these specific skills helps my students navigate professional and academic environments with ease.
It is deeply rewarding to see someone master an idiom or express themselves clearly for the very first time. I genuinely enjoy the process of witnessing this growth.
