About Olumide
I ventured into graphic design a little over 5 years ago as a college student and since then, I have been able to teach people how to make designs that tell the right stories. Since then, I have worked as a freelance designer and led teams of designers on some really cool projects. I am very passionate about teaching generally and I usually treat my students with patience and encouraging words, just as my first design tutor did with me.

My online lessons are easy to understand; I typically begin by laying some background on the principles and elements of design, layouts and composition in design and the design process.
I then proceed to teach how to use the design software (Corel draw or Photoshop for example) to design communication materials such as flyers, posters, and other brand assets like logos, business cards, letterhead, shirt designs, etc.
In my tutoring session, I give students the opportunity to try replicating some of the designs we use as case studies, as this helps them get more familiar with the basics.
This tutorial can be learnt by anyone, whether you are in high-school or college.
