About Domenica

Hello! I am a Civil Engineering student from Ecuador, and I am passionate about making science feel like a second language to you. At 20 years old, I am still a student myself, which means I haven't forgotten what it feels like to sit in a classroom and feel overwhelmed. My goal isn’t just to teach you formulas; it’s to build a bond of trust and confidence where no question is too small.
My Philosophy: Logic + Consistency
I believe Physics is a mix of two things: common sense and practice. Much like mathematics, you need consistency to master it. However, I focus heavily on the logic behind the numbers. If you can understand why something happens, the how becomes easy.
What You Can Expect From Me:
A Patient Listener: I know that some doubts might seem "trivial" to others, but to me, they are the keys to your breakthrough. I will never rush you. I am here to listen and resolve every single doubt you have.
Beyond the Classroom: My support doesn't end when the 60 minutes are up. If you are struggling with a specific topic, I am always willing to provide extra materials and specialized practice sets to help you get where you need to be.
Bilingual Communication: I am a native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency. Whether you want a class entirely in English to challenge yourself, or you prefer a mix of both, I can communicate fluently and clearly to suit your needs.
High-Tech Learning: We will use simulators, 3D visualizations, and interactive tools to make sure you aren't just looking at a chalkboard, but actually seeing physics in motion.
Why Choose Me?
I’m not just here to help you pass a test; I’m here to help you understand the world. As a "peer-mentor," I bridge the gap between a traditional teacher and a supportive friend. Let’s work together to turn your challenges into your greatest strengths!
Pro-Tips for your Profile:
The "Ecuador" Factor: Mentioning you are from Ecuador is a great way to connect with the Hispanic community in the US or Europe if you tutor online! It shows cultural diversity and global perspective.
The "Extra Support" Hook: Parents love hearing that a tutor provides extra materials. It shows you are invested in the child's success, not just the hourly rate.

I don’t do "boring" lectures. My goal is to show you that Physics isn't just a bunch of numbers on a page—it’s how the world works! Whether we are talking about why a ball bounces or how a rollercoaster stays on the track, I make sure you see the science before you do the math.
1. Cool Tools & Easy Learning
To keep things fun and interactive, I use a tech-first "Toolkit" that keeps you engaged:
Digital Playgrounds: We use simulators like PhET to experiment with light, sound, and motion. It’s basically like a video game, but you’re actually learning science.
The "Level-Up" Method: Just like a game, we start at "Level 1" (the basics). Once you feel like a pro, we unlock harder challenges together. You'll never feel overwhelmed.
English Boost: Since I’m advanced in English, we can practice your vocabulary while we learn science. It’s two lessons for the price of one!
Detective Mode: I’ll show you "broken" problems with mistakes hidden inside. Your job? Be the inspector and find out where the physics went wrong.
2. A 60-Minute Session (Fast & Fun)
00-10 min | The Warm-Up: A quick riddle or a "What happens next?" video to get your brain ready.
10-25 min | Visual Discovery: We use my digital whiteboard to draw out the ideas. No long paragraphs—just cool drawings and 3D models.
25-50 min | Problem Solvers: We tackle your homework or my custom exercises. I’ll show you the "cheat codes" (shortcuts) to solve them fast.
50-60 min | The Recap: You show me what you learned! If you can explain it to me, you're ready for your school test.
Why Study With Me?
I Get It: I’m only 20! I remember exactly what it’s like to sit in class feeling confused. I won't talk down to you; I’ll talk with you.
Notion Notes: I’ll give you access to a private Notion page where I keep all your notes, colorful diagrams, and extra tips so you never lose your study material.
Zero Stress: I focus on the basics until you feel 100% confident. My job is to make sure you walk into your next school exam feeling like a genius.
Who Is This For?
Middle Schoolers: If you’re just starting to learn about forces, energy, or the solar system.
High Schoolers: If you need help with Algebra or basic Physics (Mechanics, Heat, Light) to boost your grades.
Curious Kids: Anyone who wants to understand "how things work" while improving their English.
